Highland Shores
a close-knit neighborhood located in the heart of Ellenton, Florida

With its tree-lined streets, peaceful atmosphere, and strong sense of community, our neighborhood offers a special kind of Florida living—where neighbors genuinely care and take pride in the place we call home. Unlike traditional neighborhoods with a formal HOA, Highland Shores operates through voluntary contributions of just $25 to $50 per household. These funds go directly toward improvements that enhance the safety, beauty, and value of our community. Whether you're a long-time resident or new to the area, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of Highland Shores—together.

No HOA, Just Community Spirit

We don’t have a formal HOA, but we still care deeply about our neighborhood. Voluntary contributions help us fund shared needs.

Where the Money Goes
